Le Séran & Bar 1715 reopen their doors!

The Château d'Audrieu is back in style for a new season. On the menu: daring gourmet cuisine from chef Samuel Gaspar at Le Séran and chiselled cocktails at Bar 1715. A stopover between elegance and Norman terroir, to be enjoyed from March 13, when Château d'Audrieu reopens.

Meeting of artisans (April 5–6, 2025)

Sculptors, glass-blowers, textile masters... Château d'Audrieu becomes the showcase for 22 talents from Normandy for an exceptional weekend. And to whet the taste buds, Chef Samuel Gaspar also joins the festivities.

La Table de l'Orangerie - Opening April 15!

An enchanting setting, starred dishes, and a cuisine that sings of Provence. La Table de l'Orangerie, the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant at Château de Fonscolombe, reopens on April 15, ready to delight epicureans under the golden light of the hinterland.

Les Dîners des Sens - themed taste journeys

At Fonscolombe, every dinner is an invitation to travel. Michelin-starred Chef Marc Fontanne takes you on a unique experience, combining food and wine pairings with inspired menus. First stop on April 24: a tribute to the earth, its roots and its deepest flavors. Cézanne, Pink October, Truffles and Christmas will then invite themselves onto your gourmet plates!

Behind the large bay windows, a haven of peace blossoms. Le Cinq Codet's patio reopens its doors, blending sleek design with an atelier spirit. Sofas inspired by the 30s and 40s, touches of light wood and steel screens: a luminous bubble in which to enjoy a cocktail or a refined dish.

Chiquette, the restaurant at Le Cinq Codet, unveils a new concept inspired by the glamour and energy of the Roaring Twenties.

Drawing on the building’s Art Deco heritage, reimagined by designer Jean-Philippe Nuel, Chiquette pays tribute to the spirit and creativity of this iconic era.

In a refined yet contemporary setting, Chiquette offers a vibrant cuisine that celebrates the colours and diversity of plant-based ingredients.

Rooted in a responsible approach, the menu embraces reduced meat consumption and sustainably sourced products.

The dining experience is also centered around sharing — with dishes designed to be enjoyed together, breaking away from the conventions of traditional dining.

Chiquette’s new concept is built around two defining pillars: the soulful rhythms of jazz and a vibrant, expressive cuisine.

Every Wednesday and Thursday evening, guests are invited to step into the enchanting world of live jazz, curated by Alexandre Arnaud — a renowned musician and music director on the Paris scene.
